RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT WING - About

With a view of producing Industrial Rubber Moulded Products in a manner of continuous improvement in product quality, we have set up our own R&D plant which is manned by a group of professional, high skilled and qualified personnel dedicated to the motto of reaching at optimum level of quality and provide unmatchable satisfaction to our every valued clients. Besides those, the plant is having sophisticated modern machinery for various research works. It starts from baby mills and ends to various computerized endurance (fatigue) testing devices. Our purchase, QC & product design team works in line with the r&d team and that co-operation leads a faster research output.

Apart from in-house research work we have also joined our hands with institutes like IIT, Kharagpur and for E-beam Irradiation technology for vulcanization we are having partners like NICCO Corporation.

In recent few years other than regular domestic developments, we developed many import substitute products for several imported locomotives used in Indian Railways namely - products for Hitachi Loco, ABB Loco, GM Loco, Alsthom-LHB Coaches etc.

For thin industrial items we have developed E-Beam Irradiation Vulcanization system to produce optimum cross-linking, which enhanced mechanical & dynamic properties like compression set, oil resistance, crack growth resistance, tensile strength, endurance (fatigue) etc.
