We are having a full-fledged H.R. Division to give a meaningful touch to our mission. With than end in view we have taken up an ambitious venture to ensure Career Development of our employees and infuse in their mind a sense of professionalism, which will run parallel with the advanced information technology and upholding the company’s health.
Our career development programme is aimed at providing equal opportunity to employees whatever their official status and designation may be. This system will motivate the employees to strain all their nerves for the growth and development of the company. We are fortunate to have a batch of young and energetic employees whom we have short-listed for implementing our career growth mission. Besides in-house training programme and practical handling the job-oriented papers, we are making the employees knowledgeable about the jobs of every division by making their position on rotation in every wing.

Sr. Manager Marketing / Manager Marketing

Responsible for techno-commercial activities

Age between 25 to 35 years

Qualification B. Tech (Polymer Science) / M. Sc and MBA / PGDM (Marketing)

Adequate knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Dynamic, Smart & willing to travel all over India for business reason

Capable of establishing business relationship with new clients and handle customer complaints

Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS shall be an added advantage

Should be able to speak Hindi, English fluently other than Bengali

At least one year experience in Marketing
