Better technology for better product

Apart from conventional Injection Moulding Technology we do have a new & improved one, which is the outcome of research along-with our partners like IIT/KGP & NICCO. This is known as E-Beam Radiation Technology. Implementing this technology we got a tremendous improvement in physical properties of end product, which has resulted much improvement in service life & retention of physical properties on prolonged use. As for example the compression set for a conventional moulded rubber product having shore hardness 60±5°A is near about 10.1%, while in this technology the compression set for the same product results 2.6%.
